So here I sit freshly unemployed, like so much of America. Time to figure out what to do next. I heard a phrase several years back "in the weeds" to illustrate an idea of "falling behind", "overwhelmed", or "not able to keep up". That's a little how I feel. So while I focus on the search for a new professional life, I've decided to try to pursue some personal interests as well.
I follow other people's blogs, check out pictures they've posted, things they have made, thoughts that they have had and I feel a little like a voyeur. It's time to get in the game and participate.
